Hello lovers of self!

This week I have to admit, I got a little busy.

So… I’m sharing with you a rerun of a warm-up video I made for my Beginners Yoga series.

It’s a wonderful way to wake up the muscles that support your spine first thing in the morning. And you’ll be lying on your back so you can literally just roll out of bed onto the floor and begin.

The 5 week Beginner Yoga series will be running again in April, let me know if you’d like to be notified of dates.
