Yoga Morning Hip Openers
What feels stiff when you wake up in the morning? For me it’s my spine and hips.
Last week I posted a video of a gentle morning flow to help get our joints moving and muscles warmed up, focusing on mobility of the spine.
This week let’s take a look at hip tightness in the morning! I’m including some work on pelvic stability so that when we get out moving to start our day we’re feeling agile, but also supported properly in the joints (our pelvis) that distribute force up through our spines.
