This is a new service I am offering to help you stay on track with your SelfLove through SelfCare!

These next few weeks I’ll be talking about wrist pain in yoga asana practice. Downward facing dog, Plank, Crow, Handstand… even just being on your hands and knees can cause pain if you haven’t established stability around your wrists.

We all know how important stabilization of the spine is in these poses, but what about the wrists… ?

those small little bones are taking most of your body weight or in some cases, like in handstand, all of your body weight. It is so important to learn how to engage the muscles around your wrists in order to protect them.
