Hi all, welcome back for some SelfCare Saturday!

Last week we focused on our core muscles, and more specifically on where the muscles attach to our pelvic girdle for stability.

This week we are still working on core strengthening, but with a focus on shoulder girdle stability.

And meet a couple more of my favourite superstar muscles…

Serratus Anterior and Lower Traps!
