Shoulder Self Massage
Hey all! Good to be back to the weekly VLOG…
So things tend to come in waves… one week I’ll see a lot of people requesting massage for their neck, then it will be pelvis, legs, etc. This past week I’ve seen a lot of shoulder stuff going on, and it just so happens that I’ve got some shoulder stuff going on too!
Go figure…
We all have something a little different going on of course, but if you’re feeling generally tight, or a restricted range of motion in your shoulders you’ll probably find something in here that feels amazing!
Unless something more immediately relevant to a client comes up I’ll go over some yoga therapy for shoulders next week, see ya then!
