As of late, many people have been asking me about how to manage their chronically tight hips… I’m thinking this is coming up right now largely due to all the awesome snow sports we’ve been enjoying!

If you’re finding that stretching alone isn’t doing much for you, try a little self massage… Check the video… You’ll need a tennis ball!
