Can’t touch your toes?!
Hamstrings tend to be a tough one for people to make a noticeable difference in length by static stretching alone.
And it’s not just about being able to tell people that, yes you can in fact touch your toes! Short hamstrings means difficulty putting on our socks and shoes, and it means uncomfortable tension in the low back.
Here’s a couple things you can try to increase the length of your hamstrings. Give them a try and let me know how it goes!
