Gentle Morning Yoga Flow
You know that feeling of waking up stiff in the morning?
While we sleep the discs between our vertebrae fill with fluid and, even though we move around more than we know during sleep, our muscles shorten around our joints while we are less active.
This sequence is a gentle wake up call for our joints and the muscles that support them…
So hit the alarm clock , roll out of bed and get moving!
