Chair & Warrior I Poses
Welcome to the first of the Yoga Nerd series. Occasionally I receive requests by students and clients to get into detail with specific poses. This has inspired the yoga nerd series.
As requested I’ll get particular with little adjustments in awareness I see need to be made in most practitioners so that they can fully embrace the balance of openness and support in those poses.
Future Yoga Nerd posts will focus on just one asana and will go into greater detail, as well as include warm up poses to work up to the asana in question, but for today I’m keeping it a little more specific to one person’s needs.
Don’t worry, it will apply in one way or another to you and how you practice!
