Butt & Low Back
So… yes, I am admittedly an anatomy nerd. It’s true, I just can’t help myself!
What I aim to do here on the Anatomy Nerd series is to teach you where your muscles are and what they do, but most importantly, what importance they have to you in your daily life.
Today let’s take a look at the butt (specifically two of your butt muscles, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus) and the low back (many muscles working together).
These exercises will help you differentiate between the purpose of these muscles in daily movement and bring an awareness to how you use them.
