Our neck muscles have the very important job of stabilizing the little stacking bones that hold our head up… and are so often neglected.
Most of us have a little imbalance in how our neck vertebrae stack and glide on top of each other.
Some of us tilt our head to one side (that’s me, check it out when I’m talking in the videos), and some of send our head in front of us (can happen with poor eyesight or overuse of the eyes, such as spending hours everyday on a computer… or with a sense of discontent in the present… too much wishing into the future).
Use these simple stretches to get the kinks out and remind yourself to center where your head is in space. You’ll find it helps center your mind too!
