The last couple weeks we’ve been talking about scoliosis, if you’ve missed the last couple videos make sure you watch them first or this one might not make sense to you.
We continue today by coming to rest and feeling for any change in our spinal alignment.
Ideally you’ll practice these three videos in order each day for a month to see how much of an impact simple conscious movements practiced with awareness can make.
Of course I know, life does get busy, so just remember that anything you do, any time you commit, with an intention of creating positive change is doing something good!
