Runners – Hip Stability
So, my Spring running warriors, how are the stability exercises going?
If you have no idea what I’m talking about then you missed the last 2 weekly posts on ankle stability walking and knee stability exercises. Before you jump into this week’s video I’d suggest checking those ones out first!
Next week we’ll get into some plyometrics, balance, and proprioception exercises! Super fun!
