And not exactly feeling graceful, or even comfortable.
It’s been a while since I’ve run, and while I’m in pretty good shape for activities like hiking and mountain biking, a sport that requires propulsion and stability on higher impact like running leaves me feeling like a heavy, clumsy, immovable lump.
