Pelvic Floor Strengthening! Or in Yoga terms… Mula Bandha!
Weak pelvic floor muscles can be caused by many things, including pregnancy, obesity, chronic coughing, or anything that places excess downward pressure on the pelvic floor.
Often we think of women and pregnancy when we talk about weak pelvic floor causes and symptoms, but it affects you men out there too!
This can lead to painful or frustrating and embarrassing symptoms such as incontinence, prolapsed bladder or uterus, back pain, and diminishing sexual sensitivity!
Lets nip this in the bud, its never too early or too late to start strengthening your pelvic floor muscles!
