This weeks video is all about opening the hips.
Our hips are a ball and socket joint, which means they move in all directions… at least they’re supposed to!
Most people find that while they tend to be quite mobile in one direction in the hips, moving in other directions are limited. This video gives a quick once over to open the hips in all directions. You be the judge, you may want to practice all of the poses, or you may discover that while some poses are very beneficial, the others may feel redundant.
