Move Through Neck And Shoulder Tension
So many of my clients and friends complain of neck and shoulder tension. And over and over I hear people say they try to stretch but it just doesn’t seem to help, or that it actually makes it worse!
If this is something you can relate to, have no fear! there are other ways to reduce tension! And no, I’m not going to tell you hitting the bar is actually one of them!
Two things I recommend are Somatics movement therapy and muscle approximation. Both of these take a little patience and attention, but if you can get over feeling the need to “do more” you’ll notice the difference.
