Low Back Yoga
There are many factors involved in a tight low back depending on the development of your spine as a child, the activities you’ve been involved in, and trauma over the years. Usually there is accompanied neck, hip, and SI (sacroiliac) joint imbalances so this video touches on all of that.
This is part of my own daily morning yin yoga practice because I find after sleeping I need that release in my back.
Depending on how long you hold each pose this sequence will take 15-30 minutes.
